The process of ordering ADSL through Verizon is lengthy and confusing.
With SBnet ADSL, you only pay one flat rate and we handle all contact and service
fees with Verizon for you.

Single User Accounts
In order to provide high quality, protected bandwidth connections to subscribers SBnet does not currently offer single user
accounts except as part of a business package or through special
arrangements. Please call us for all of your office and corporate needs.
SoHo
Give your small office a professional communications system with a high-speed
ADSL package. This package gives you an ADSL connection for a local
area network (LAN) with up to 5 static IPs, or connecting through a
routing device. Your small office will get 5 email addresses and 10MB of web space for your business web page.

troubleshooting for an even more reliable connection. With premium routing, your traffic
will travel through the Internet at lightning speed.

| *The CIR is the determinant factor in your
connection to SBnet. CIR is the prioritization factor that determines
usage in the Verizon Wide Area Network (WAN) cloud that connects the end
user to SBnet and the Internet. CIR is the minimum data transmission rate guaranteed by Verizon
- This differs from connection speed in that the transmission rate
changes every millisecond based on WAN traffic patterns.
** Bronze Plus is not a business class
service and is not recommended for any mission critical connections.
Bronze Plus transfer rates will vary significantly based on line
quality and distance from the switch. Unlike the other service levels,
Bronze Plus lines are not tested for speed, quality or connection
reliability, you are simply plugged into the ADSL
network if you line meets the minimum distance factor, and you receive
the rate your link allows.

Verizon service fees which require an annual agreement. If you stop
service before the end of the annual period you will be required to
pay an amount equal to the sum of the remaining monthly circuit costs.
Month to month plans are available at a higher cost. Acceptance of
the reduced setup fee deal requires acceptance of the annual plan.
Standard inside wiring included, additional inside wiring cost responsibility
of customer.
