How To Help
The main function of the Living Room is to be a safe haven for the youth of Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. During the past ten years we have prodived this on most weekends and even some weekdays by holding events. The single most important facet to providing this service is having a dedicated building in which to hold these events. The location at 430 S. Fairview Ave. in Goleta was a generous gift to the organzation. This building has been torn down and we are now a homeless organization. The Living Room needs your help! You can help us by showing your support for the club. There are several ways to do this: Yahoo Group By joining this group, you can keep track of the latest news and find out what you can do to help. The Group is savethelivingroom and is free to join. You must sign up for a Yahoo Account in order to view the messages, which is also free. Petition Download and sign our petition to show your support. Have all your friends and colleagues sign it too! Then, either return it to one of the Return Stations or mail it back to us. Your signature plays a huge part in our future. Battle of the Bands By attending our Battle of the Bands event, you can not only support local music, but the show also serves as a benefit for the Living Room.
