D.A.N.C.E. and the Living Room are holding the fifth annual High School Battle of the Bands on May 31st, 2003 from noon to midnight.

The event will be held at the United Boys & Girls Club of Goleta, behind the Goleta Valley Community Center.

The rules for participation are as follows:
  • The majority of the band members must be of high school age to be eligible.
    e.g. If your band has 4 members, 2 must be either 18 or younger, or in high school.
  • Bands must fill out an entry form. The form can be found on this web page, as well at several High Schools in the tri-county area.
  • Bands must submit their entry form along with a $20 entry fee no later than May 23rd, 2003.
  • Band members are allowed in for the amount of the entry fee. There will be no guest list.
Prizes will be offered to the finalists. The exact prizes will be announced at a later date.
